CO2 CAPTURE PROCESS

The heart of our innovation lies in our advanced Direct Air Capture (DAC) system.
Here's how we harness CO2 from the atmosphere:

 

   Air Intake & Collection

  • Ambient air is drawn in through industrial blowers

  • Air molecules are directed to our specialized capture unit
     

   Solvent-Based Capture

  • Our proprietary solvent efficiently binds with CO2 molecules

  • The capture process occurs in our fluid tank system.

  • Non-CO2 air molecules are safely released back into the atmosphere
     

  Thermal Separation

  • The CO2-rich solvent mixture is heated to 900°C

  • This precise temperature triggers CO2 separation.

  • The process occurs in our specially designed boiling tank.


The captured CO2 is then channeled directly into our water purification system, where it plays a crucial role    in the filtration process.

WATER FILTRATION PROCESS

Our integrated system doesn’t just capture carbon; it transforms COâ‚‚ into an integral part of our water purification process. By harnessing the captured carbon, we achieve multi-stage filtration that delivers clean, safe water for industrial and community needs
 

   Integration with COâ‚‚

  • Captured COâ‚‚ is used to adjust water pH levels, neutralizing contaminants effectively.
     

  Multi-Stage Filtration

  • Screening: Removes large particles like debris and sediments (up to 10 microns).

  • Sand Filtration: Targets smaller particles and reduces turbidity.

  • Microfiltration: Filters out bacteria, algae, and other organic materials (down to 0.1 microns).

  • Ultrafiltration: Achieves the highest purity, removing viruses, endotoxins, and other ultrafine contaminants (down to 0.02 microns).


   pH Neutralization

  • Balances water pH to around 6, ensuring safety for aquatic environments and downstream use.


This process produces purified water suitable for industrial applications, agricultural use, and consumption.
